Since all orders are custom engraved, we can't accept returns. However, if the engraving was wrong, we will stand by our refund policy and ship you out another one at our cost.
Order Cancellations:
After you order, you can cancel your order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email support@ourcuffs.com to cancel within the time period.
